Today’s modern day world can be a challenge to navigate whether you are a parent, executive, social worker, student or anyone seeking balance, within your inner and outer world. I’ve designed a twenty-one day meditation program to assist you in establishing a daily mindfulness meditation practice. 

The under ten minute audiopodcasts, are based on practices I’ve incorporated into my daily meditation practice for close to twenty years.   My intention is to guide you in establishing, deepening, and supporting you in your daily meditation practice for inspired daily living.
